Refurbishment of listed building in hove

With a wealth of experience in working on listed buildings, we undertook the rejuvenation of a charming flat in Hove.

The project involved a comprehensive refurbishment, a reimagined internal layout, and the meticulous reconstruction of original heritage elements, such as the intricate ornate ceiling.

Our vision included relocating the kitchen into the spacious living room to create a more sociable environment, while the existing kitchen was transformed into an additional bedroom.

Renovating listed buildings can pose challenges due to their protected status, but through our expertise and early collaboration with the local authority, we developed a scheme that not only enhanced the dwelling but also preserved the original features dating back to 1901.
